International Campus will partially open the new “THE FIZZ Darmstadt” student residence in the centrally located Verlagsviertel district with 97 apartments on 14 September 2015, right in time for the beginning of the 2015/16 winter semester.
On 1 October, International Campus AG will fully open its new student residence “THE FIZZ Frankfurt Gallus” in time for the 2015/16 winter semester. The first building section, which opened on 1 July, is already fully rented.

IC Netherlands, a subsidiary of the German student housing specialist International Campus, has acquired a student residence in the eastern part of Amsterdam prior to construction.
The Spanish student housing specialist RESA became a “Network Cum Laude” (NCL) partner. International Campus AG and RESA sealed the deal last week by signing an official cooperation agreement in Madrid.
Today, more than 80 guests and people involved in the construction attended the topping out ceremony of International Campus AG’s new student residence in Hanover-Nordstadt.
International Campus AG has appointed Patrick Hanisch (aged 36) to the Executive Board. Hanisch has been Commercial Director at International Campus since 2013, and will now be responsible for Finance, Accounting and Controlling as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

International Campus AG and DUWO, the leading provider of student apartments in the Netherlands, have launched the “Network Cum Laude” (NCL) platform for cooperation: an international non-profit alliance made up of operators of student apartment buildings, universities and service providers.
International Campus AG has opened “THE FIZZ Berlin”. The student residence on Köpenicker Straße in Berlin’s Mitte district is a joint venture with the Gädeke & Sons Group.
