International Campus AG appointed Patrick Hanisch as new CFO

Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus AG has appoin­ted Patrick Hanisch (aged 36) to the Exe­cu­ti­ve Board. Hanisch has been Com­mer­cial Direc­tor at Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus sin­ce 2013, and will now be respon­si­ble for Finan­ce, Accoun­ting and Con­trol­ling as Chief Finan­cial Offi­cer (CFO). Befo­re Hanisch joi­n­ed IC, he work­ed in various posi­ti­ons at GI Part­ners in Munich and RREEF (for­merR­REEF Infra­struc­tu­re) and Oli­ver Wyman in Lon­don, whe­re he was invol­ved in pri­va­te equi­ty, invest­ment ser­vices and cor­po­ra­te manage­ment in dif­fe­rent real estate seg­ments. He com­ple­ted both a master’s degree in manage­ment with focus Finan­ce and a Mas­ter of Sci­ence (MSc) at Oxford, Madrid and Paris. In future, Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus AG will be led by an Exe­cu­ti­ve Board com­pri­sing five mem­bers. Thanks to his in-depth know­ledge in the are­as of pri­va­te equi­ty, cor­po­ra­te ban­king and asset manage­ment, Hanisch will con­tri­bu­te towards streng­thening and expan­ding the Finan­ce depart­ment of Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus.” Patrick Hanisch, new Chief Finan­cial Offi­cer of Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus, added: “I am deligh­ted at being appoin­ted as a Mem­ber of the Exe­cu­ti­ve Board of Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus and for their con­fi­dence in me. In view of the cur­rent inte­rest rate envi­ron­ment and the dyna­mic deve­lo­p­ment in the asset class of stu­dent accom­mo­da­ti­on, it is par­ti­cu­lar­ly exci­ting to recei­ve the oppor­tu­ni­ty to rea­li­se and expand Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus’ ambi­tious growth tar­gets as CFO.” Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus AG curr­ent­ly ope­ra­tes more than 3,000 stu­dent apart­ments in ele­ven loca­ti­ons throug­hout Ger­ma­ny. The com­pa­ny also invests into a port­fo­lio com­pri­sing around 2,000 stu­dent apart­ments in the Net­her­lands.
