Twel­ve years Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus, twel­ve years con­ti­nuous real estate manage­ment. Sin­ce 2011 we have crea­ted housing con­cepts across Euro­pe that are geared to the needs of stu­dents and an urban life­style. Our jour­ney star­ted in Munich, today we are repre­sen­ted throug­hout Euro­pe. Our ran­ge of ser­vices in the area of stu­dent housing and fur­nis­hed accom­mo­da­ti­ons covers all aspects of invest­ment, deve­lo­p­ment and ope­ra­ti­on. We have Brook­field at our side as majo­ri­ty share­hol­der sin­ce 2018. Over 26,000 peo­p­le have lived with us sin­ce the foun­ding of IC.

With the brands THE FIZZ and HAVENS LIVING we offer con­tem­po­ra­ry living solu­ti­ons in city cen­ters. The heart of what we offer is the same at every loca­ti­on: easy access to living spaces, well thought-out ser­vices and a sen­se of com­mu­ni­ty – right from the start.
