International Campus opens new “THE FIZZ Hannover” student residence in time for 2015 / 16 winter semester

Inter­na­tional Campus AG, a leading provider of student accom­mo­da­tion in Germany, has completed another student residence: “THE FIZZ Hannover”. The new residence in the central Hannover-Nordstadt district will open in time for the 2015/16 winter semester, offering high-quality living space on seven floors for 303 students. The property Am Kläper­berg 11 / Ecke Hintere Schöne­worth includes 37 parking spaces and 200 bicycle stands, a lounge area, a communal kitchen, a study and seminar room, a central recep­tion area with a house manager service, a laundry and drying room as well as a landscaped inner courtyard for barbe­quing and relaxing. Renting of the apart­ments has already begun.

“The construc­tion work has always been well on schedule. It is wonderful to be able to open “THE FIZZ Hannover” in Nordstadt in time for the 2015/16 winter semester as planned“, commented Roman Diehl, a member of the Execu­tive Board of Inter­na­tional Campus AG. “The capital of Lower Saxony is a prospe­rous metro­polis with some 40,000 students. Our new student accom­mo­da­tion responds to the huge demand for attrac­tive, compact living space in Hannover“, explains Diehl. The apart­ments all comprise an average living area of 22 square metres, are fully furnished and come with a modern shower room and kitchenette. The monthly all-in- rents include electri­city, water and ancil­lary costs and the use of communal facili­ties and start at EUR 405.

“THE FIZZ Hannover” is close to the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Univer­sität, Hannover Univer­sity of Applied Sciences and Arts, Klinikum Hannover Nordstadt and the Max-Planck Insti­tute. The S‑Bahn “Nordstadt” station and “An der Stran­griede” tram stop are within just a few minutes’ walking distance from the residence. Hannover is a major economic and adminis­tra­tive centre and its popula­tion is growing constantly.
