International Campus opens new “THE FIZZ Hannover” student residence in time for 2015 / 16 winter semester

Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus AG, a lea­ding pro­vi­der of stu­dent accom­mo­da­ti­on in Ger­ma­ny, has com­ple­ted ano­ther stu­dent resi­dence: “THE FIZZ Han­no­ver”. The new resi­dence in the cen­tral Han­no­ver-Nord­stadt dis­trict will open in time for the 2015/16 win­ter semes­ter, offe­ring high-qua­li­ty living space on seven flo­ors for 303 stu­dents. The pro­per­ty Am Klä­per­berg 11 / Ecke Hin­te­re Schö­ne­worth includes 37 par­king spaces and 200 bicy­cle stands, a lounge area, a com­mu­nal kit­chen, a stu­dy and semi­nar room, a cen­tral recep­ti­on area with a house mana­ger ser­vice, a laun­dry and dry­ing room as well as a land­scaped inner cour­ty­ard for bar­be­quing and rela­xing. Ren­ting of the apart­ments has alre­a­dy begun.

“The con­s­truc­tion work has always been well on sche­du­le. It is won­derful to be able to open “THE FIZZ Han­no­ver” in Nord­stadt in time for the 2015/16 win­ter semes­ter as plan­ned“, com­men­ted Roman Diehl, a mem­ber of the Exe­cu­ti­ve Board of Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus AG. “The capi­tal of Lower Sax­o­ny is a pro­spe­rous metro­po­lis with some 40,000 stu­dents. Our new stu­dent accom­mo­da­ti­on responds to the huge demand for attrac­ti­ve, com­pact living space in Han­no­ver“, explains Diehl. The apart­ments all com­pri­se an avera­ge living area of 22 squa­re met­res, are ful­ly fur­nis­hed and come with a modern show­er room and kit­chenet­te. The month­ly all-in- rents include elec­tri­ci­ty, water and ancil­la­ry cos­ts and the use of com­mu­nal faci­li­ties and start at EUR 405.

“THE FIZZ Han­no­ver” is clo­se to the Gott­fried Wil­helm Leib­niz Uni­ver­si­tät, Han­no­ver Uni­ver­si­ty of Appli­ed Sci­en­ces and Arts, Kli­ni­kum Han­no­ver Nord­stadt and the Max-Planck Insti­tu­te. The S‑Bahn “Nord­stadt” sta­ti­on and “An der Stran­grie­de” tram stop are within just a few minu­tes’ wal­king distance from the resi­dence. Han­no­ver is a major eco­no­mic and admi­nis­tra­ti­ve cent­re and its popu­la­ti­on is gro­wing con­stant­ly.
