The seven-story building close to the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz University, Hanover Nordstadt medical centre and Max Planck Institute, is scheduled to be completed in October 2015. The apartment building Am Kläperberg 11 / Ecke Hintere Schöneworth includes 200 bicycle stands and 37 car parking spaces, four elevators, a cooking area, a study and seminar room, a laundry facility, a lounge area and a green landscaped courtyard. Rental of the 296 single and 7 double apartments, including 20 barrier-free apartments, will begin from July 2015.

Roman Diehl, Member of the Executive Board responsible for marketing and sales at International Campus AG: “We are delighted to have welcomed more than 80 guests to the topping out ceremony of our new student residence in the city centre of Hanover. Construction work is progressing well and we want to open “THE FIZZ Hannover” in October 2015.” Diehl continued: “All of the apartments averaging some 22 square metres will be fully furnished, bear our typical quality standard and come complete with kitchenette and shower bath. Thanks to our All-In-Rents which include high-speed Internet, ancillary costs, electricity etc., it is easier for students to calculate their living costs accurately.”

International Campus operates the student residence in Hanover-Nordstadt under “THE FIZZ” brand. Both the “Nordstadt” S‑Bahn station and the “An der Strangriede” tram station are just a few minutes’ walking distance from “THE FIZZ Hannover”. Hanover, the capital of Lower Saxony, has around 520,000 inhabitants, including some 40,000 students.
