Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus AG has appoin­ted Patrick Hanisch (aged 36) to the Exe­cu­ti­ve Board. Hanisch has been Com­mer­cial Direc­tor at Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus sin­ce 2013, and will now be respon­si­ble for Finan­ce, Accoun­ting and Con­trol­ling as Chief Finan­cial Offi­cer (CFO).

We hope you had a good start to the New Year and were able to end 2014 on a rela­xing note. The last year was a very suc­cessful year for Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus AG.

The stu­dent resi­dence “THE FIZZ+ Frei­burg” in the popu­lar dis­trict Frei­burg-Zäh­rin­gen has been com­ple­ted and is now open. More than 90 per cent of the 149 high-qua­li­ty, ful­ly-fur­nis­hed one and two-room apart­ments have alre­a­dy been lea­sed.

Now it’s offi­ci­al. The num­ber of new stu­dents will remain con-stant­ly high. The Stan­ding Con­fe­rence of the Minis­ters of Edu­ca-tion and Cul­tu­ral Affairs (KMK) has con­sider­a­b­ly rai­sed its fore­casts for the num­ber of new stu­dents.

Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus AG, the Ger­man spe­cia­list of stu­dent housing, and the Dutch mar­ket lea­der of stu­dent housing, Sticht­ing DUWO, have agreed on a coope­ra­ti­on.

Con­s­truc­tion work began in Hano­ver on a new stu­dent resi­dence buil­ding for Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus AG. A total of 303 sin­gle and dou­ble apart­ments are being built on a 3000 m² site in the Nord­stadt dis­trict of the city.
