International Campus AG and DUWO, the leading provider of student apartments in the Netherlands, have launched the “Network Cum Laude” (NCL) platform for cooperation: an international non-profit alliance made up of operators of student apartment buildings, universities and service providers.
International Campus AG has opened “THE FIZZ Berlin”. The student residence on Köpenicker Straße in Berlin’s Mitte district is a joint venture with the Gädeke & Sons Group.
The student residence “THE FIZZ+ Freiburg” in the popular district Freiburg-Zähringen has been completed and is now open. More than 90 per cent of the 149 high-quality, fully-furnished one and two-room apartments have already been leased.

Construction work began in Hanover on a new student residence building for International Campus AG. A total of 303 single and double apartments are being built on a 3000 m² site in the Nordstadt district of the city.

International Campus AG is creating a student residence in Frankfurt am Main. Following extensive renovation and redevelopment measures, a vacant office building at Mainzer Landstrasse 323 will house about 390 new student apartments.
