a few weeks ago the win­ter term 2013/14 star­ted. In the past year alo­ne, the­re were 2.5 mil­li­on stu­dents in Ger­man uni­ver­si­ties – and the num­bers are incre­asing. The rese­arch con­sul­tancy bul­wi­en­ge­sa esti­ma­tes that by 2015 the­re will be about 2.8 mil­li­on stu­dents.

Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus AG is crea­ting a stu­dent resi­dence in Frank­furt am Main. Fol­lo­wing exten­si­ve reno­va­ti­on and rede­ve­lo­p­ment mea­su­res, a vacant office buil­ding at Main­zer Land­stras­se 323 will house about 390 new stu­dent apart­ments.
