Construction work on “THE FIZZ Hamburg Altona” in Hamburg’s central Altona district can now begin. The earthworks required in order to start construction on the long-dormant, approx. 7,500 square-metre plot of land between Stresemannstrasse, Kieler Strasse and Oeverseestrasse are now complete.

International Campus AG has sold two student residences from the “German Student Housing Fund International Campus Student Housing I S.C.A.” based in Luxembourg to Württembergische Lebensversicherung AG and concluded long-term general tenancy agreements for both properties with the new owner.
International Campus AG has increased the number of student apartments under management to about 1,500 in the last few months. THE FIZZ Hannover and THE FIZZ Frankfurt Gallus were opened in time for the 2015/2016 winter semester.

International Campus will partially open the new “THE FIZZ Darmstadt” student residence in the centrally located Verlagsviertel district with 97 apartments on 14 September 2015, right in time for the beginning of the 2015/16 winter semester.
On 1 October, International Campus AG will fully open its new student residence “THE FIZZ Frankfurt Gallus” in time for the 2015/16 winter semester. The first building section, which opened on 1 July, is already fully rented.
