IC has expan­ded its port­fo­lio to 13 assets in 2021. Of the­se, six pro­per­ties are alre­a­dy in ope­ra­ti­on and the remai­ning seven pro­per­ties are under deve­lo­p­ment or in con­s­truc­tion. As a result, the com­pa­ny has taken a big step clo­ser to its goal of incre­asing the size of its port­fo­lio to over one bil­li­on euros.

Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus Group (IC) has signed a purcha­se and sale agree­ment for a plan­ned apart­ment sche­me to be deve­lo­ped on Wen­den­stras­se in Hamburg’s Ham­mer­brook dis­trict. The apart­ment sche­me, with its reco­g­nisable brick faça­de, will con­sist of two sepa­ra­te parts of around 24,000 sqm GFA for about 700 apart­ments.

IC Cam­pus just acqui­red a plot ear­mark­ed for a plan­ned stu­dent apart­ment block in the city of Lud­wigs­ha­fen. It will have more than 330 flats, around 135 car and around 400 bicy­cle par­king spaces. Con­s­truc­tion work com­mence late in 2022 with an ope­ning sche­du­led for late 2024.

IC has acqui­red a plan­ned stu­dent apart­ment deve­lo­p­ment in Ber­lin-Fried­richs­hain. It will extend over a gross flo­or area of near­ly 15,000 squa­re met­res, pro­vi­ding space for 350 apart­ments. The sche­me was desi­gned by the archi­tec­tu­ral firm of TCHOBAN VOSS Archi­tek­ten, con­s­truc­tion work will kick-off in March 2022.

Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus opens its second stu­dent apart­ment block in Frei­burg. The six-storey buil­ding is loca­ted on Habs­bur­ger Stras­se, a short walk from the main cam­pus buil­dings of Frei­burg Uni­ver­si­ty. It offers exten­si­ve com­mu­ni­ty are­as and 344 ful­ly equip­ped sin­gle- and dou­ble apart­ments ran­ging bet­ween 18 and 58 sqm.
