IC has acquired the student apartment building THE FIZZ in Bremen. Extending over 13,000 square metres GFA, the building divides into 335 student apartments, various community areas as well as 32 parking spots in the underground car park.
In Germany, the Winter Semester 2022 / 2023 will start in early October. International Campus Group (IC) has signed a purchase and sale agreement for a planned apartment scheme to be developed on Wendenstrasse in Hamburg’s Hammerbrook district. The apartment scheme, with its recognisable brick façade, will consist of two separate parts of around 24,000 sqm GFA for about 700 apartments.
IC Campus just acquired a plot earmarked for a planned student apartment block in the city of Ludwigshafen. It will have more than 330 flats, around 135 car and around 400 bicycle parking spaces. Construction work commence late in 2022 with an opening scheduled for late 2024.
IC has acquired a planned student apartment development in Berlin-Friedrichshain. It will extend over a gross floor area of nearly 15,000 square metres, providing space for 350 apartments. The scheme was designed by the architectural firm of TCHOBAN VOSS Architekten, construction work will kick-off in March 2022.
