In Germany, the Winter Semester 2022 / 2023 will start in early October. As a rule, more than three out of four first-year students will have begun their degree programs at one of Germany’s 423 higher education institutions. In total, roughly three million students will probably be enrolled for the Winter Semester.
IC just kicked off the construction of a two-part apartment block in Frankfurt – Bockenheim. The apartment scheme of the HAVENS LIVING brand with over 14,000 square metres GFA will deliver 154 fully-furnished single-occupancy apartments measuring between 22 and 110 square metres along with a number of community areas.
International Campus (“IC”) just kicked off the construction of a student apartment block in the Dutch city of Leiden. THE FIZZ Leiden will consist of two linked building sections with a combined gross floor area of around 14,900 square metres, split into 394 single-occupancy apartments.
IC has expanded its portfolio to 13 assets in 2021. Of these, six properties are already in operation and the remaining seven properties are under development or in construction. As a result, the company has taken a big step closer to its goal of increasing the size of its portfolio to over one billion euros.
International Campus Group (IC) has signed a purchase and sale agreement for a planned apartment scheme to be developed on Wendenstrasse in Hamburg’s Hammerbrook district. The apartment scheme, with its recognisable brick façade, will consist of two separate parts of around 24,000 sqm GFA for about 700 apartments.
IC Campus just acquired a plot earmarked for a planned student apartment block in the city of Ludwigshafen. It will have more than 330 flats, around 135 car and around 400 bicycle parking spaces. Construction work commence late in 2022 with an opening scheduled for late 2024.
IC has acquired a planned student apartment development in Berlin-Friedrichshain. It will extend over a gross floor area of nearly 15,000 square metres, providing space for 350 apartments. The scheme was designed by the architectural firm of TCHOBAN VOSS Architekten, construction work will kick-off in March 2022.
