International Campus, one of Europe’s leading investors, developers, portfolio holders, and operators in the field of student housing and urban living concepts, celebrated the official opening of HAVENS LIVING on Otto-Suhr-Allee in Berlin-Charlottenburg on Thursday, October 23. Some of the 265 fully furnished apartments have already been rented out since the beginning of September. Now that all renovation work on the old post office has been completed, all units are available for rent. The living spaces vary between 18 and 46 square meters and can be rented for up to twelve months. The monthly all-inclusive rent starts at €1,229.
There are also 530 bicycle parking spaces on site, as well as extensive communal areas with co-working spaces and a gym. HAVENS LIVING also offers parcel acceptance, equipment rental, and cleaning services. The apartment building is supplied with district heating and is aiming for LEED Platinum certification.
