Ori\u00adgi\u00adnal\u00adly ope\u00adned in 2012, the stu\u00addent resi\u00addence was the very first pro\u00adper\u00adty under the THE FIZZ brand and marks the start\u00ading point of what has sin\u00adce beco\u00adme Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus\u2019 pan-Euro\u00adpean port\u00adfo\u00adlio. Over the past months, the buil\u00adding has under\u00adgo\u00adne an exten\u00adsi\u00adve refur\u00adbish\u00adment. With the com\u00adple\u00adti\u00adon of the\u00adse mea\u00adsu\u00adres, Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus is inves\u00adt\u00ading in the long-term future of the pro\u00adper\u00adty while crea\u00adting a con\u00adtem\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adry living envi\u00adron\u00adment tail\u00ado\u00adred to the needs of today\u2019s stu\u00addents. The com\u00adple\u00adti\u00adon of the pro\u00adject was cele\u00adbra\u00adted tog\u00ade\u00adther with resi\u00addents and num\u00ade\u00adrous invi\u00adted guests.<\/p>\n\n
Loca\u00adted direct\u00adly on the cam\u00adpus of the Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty of Bre\u00admen, the resi\u00addence ope\u00adned for the 2012\/13 win\u00adter semes\u00adter and offers 335 ful\u00adly fur\u00adnis\u00adhed apart\u00adments, which are curr\u00adent\u00adly ful\u00adly occu\u00adp\u00adied. Around 75 per\u00adcent of resi\u00addents are inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal stu\u00addents, while the remai\u00adning 25 per\u00adcent come from Ger\u00adma\u00adny.<\/p>\n\n
The refur\u00adbish\u00adment focu\u00adsed on a com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsi\u00adve upgrade of the qua\u00adli\u00adty of living and com\u00admon are\u00adas. All apart\u00adments were moder\u00adnis\u00aded and tech\u00adni\u00adcal\u00adly upgraded. This included new beds and mat\u00adtres\u00adses, new desks and desk chairs, modern light\u00ading, new curta\u00adins and addi\u00adtio\u00adnal TV side\u00adboards. The kit\u00adchens were also refur\u00adbis\u00adhed, inclu\u00adding new work\u00adtops, fronts, sinks, fit\u00adtings, cut\u00adlery sys\u00adtems and induc\u00adtion hobs.<\/p>\n\n
