This marks one of the stron\u00adgest letting cycles in the company\u2019s history and unders\u00adcores continued demand for short- and medium-term accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adtion across IC\u2019s portfolio.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p><p>Across the&nbsp;<strong>THE FIZZ<\/strong>&nbsp;student housing brand, average occup\u00adancy reached 99 percent\u201498 percent in Germany and 100 percent in Austria, Czechia, and the Nether\u00adlands. The brand achieved a 43 percent renewal rate year-to-date and welcomed more than 2,500 new tenants from over 120 count\u00adries, reflec\u00adting its global appeal and strong customer loyalty.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The HAVENS LIVING urban living brand achieved 97 percent stabi\u00adlized occup\u00adancy going into Q4 2025 and is now home to around 650 tenants from over 70 count\u00adries.
