The Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus Group (IC), one of the leading inves\u00adtors, develo\u00adpers, owners, and opera\u00adtors in the field of student housing and urban living concepts, has successfully completed a portfolio finan\u00adcing of appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately \u20ac313 million. The loan secures the mid-term finan\u00adcing of seven proper\u00adties from the portfolio of the \u201cThe FIZZ\u201d brand (student housing) and two proper\u00adties of the \u201cHAVENS LIVING\u201d brand (apart\u00adments for profes\u00adsio\u00adnals).<\/p>\n\n
The finan\u00adcing partners are BNP Paribas and Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale. The finan\u00adcing has an initial term of two years, with three exten\u00adsion options of one year each.

Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus was legally advised on the transac\u00adtion by Gibson Dunn, Green\u00adberg Traurig, and Stibbe Advocats. Other parties involved included EY (Tax), CBRE (Valua\u00adtion & Technical Due Diligence), and Marsh McLennan (Insurance Due Diligence).<\/p>\n\n
