The two-part property under the HAVENS Living brand will offer 154 furnished indivi\u00addual apart\u00adments ranging in size from 22 to 110 square meters on more than 14,000 square meters of gross floor area, as well as exten\u00adsive common areas inclu\u00adding a green roof terrace, communal kitchen and co-working areas. Upon comple\u00adtion, the KfW building will achieve LEED Silver standard. The general contractor is TM-Ausbau-GmbH. Comple\u00adtion of the apart\u00adment building for residen\u00adtial urban living is scheduled mid-2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFrank\u00adfurt, as the center of European banking and the econo\u00admic\u00adally strong Rhine-Main region, reflects massive demand for contem\u00adpo\u00adrary, fully equipped and furnished living spaces. The fully equipped MAIN VOLTA apart\u00adment building is ideally connected to local trans\u00adport and is located just 15 minutes from the main train station and numerous restau\u00adrants and pubs in the Bocken\u00adheim district. In addition to Frank\u00adfurt\u2019s city center, Eschborn with its multi\u00adtude of corpo\u00adrate offices can be reached in less than fifteen minutes.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With a popula\u00adtion of around 760,000, Frank\u00adfurt am Main is one of the largest cities in Europe and home to national and inter\u00adna\u00adtional banking houses as well as major corpo\u00adra\u00adtions from various indus\u00adtries.
