Plans invol\u00adve 265 ful\u00adly equip\u00adped apart\u00adments, 530 bicy\u00adcle par\u00adking spaces and exten\u00adsi\u00adve com\u00admon are\u00adas with co-working spaces, gym, caf\u00e9 and more. The apart\u00adment buil\u00adding will later be sup\u00adpli\u00aded with dis\u00adtrict hea\u00adting. The gene\u00adral con\u00adtrac\u00adtor is W. Mark\u00adgraf GmbH.
