Plans involve 265 fully equipped apart\u00adments, 530 bicycle parking spaces and exten\u00adsive common areas with co-working spaces, gym, caf\u00e9 and more. The apart\u00adment building will later be supplied with district heating. The general contractor is W. Markgraf GmbH. LEED Platinum certi\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion is being targeted. Construc\u00adtion is scheduled to end in May 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWith the next HAVENS LIVING located in a prime Berlin location, we are launching our next conver\u00adsion project. The building will be our third property in the German capital and our third property in the HAVENS LIVING residen\u00adtial offering opera\u00adting under the local name \u2018The OSA\u2019,\u201d says Gawain Smart, CEO of Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus Group. \u201cBerlin is seriously under\u00adsup\u00adplied for both regular and tempo\u00adrary housing. We are creating attrac\u00adtive, sustainable and demand-driven housing for all people who want to live and work in prime location of Berlin.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are putting full focus on sustaina\u00adbi\u00adlity for \u2018The OSA\u2019 and are aiming for LEED Platinum certi\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion,\u201d adds Benjamin Albrecht, Director Develo\u00adp\u00adment Europe at Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus. \u201cWe will retain a large part of the existing building and continue to use its \u2018grey energy\u2019. The OSA will impress with excel\u00adlent consump\u00adtion figures in opera\u00adtion, as the apart\u00adment building will be connected to the district heating network. Measures such as smart flow control\u00adlers will signi\u00adfi\u00adcantly reduce water consump\u00adtion compared to conven\u00adtional systems.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Berlin, the German capital has 3.8 million inhabi\u00adtants (December 2022) and also the most populated city in Germany and home to numerous national and inter\u00adna\u00adtional compa\u00adnies as well as innova\u00adtive start-ups.
