The capex program for the THE FIZZ locations in Berlin-Kreuz\u00adberg, Bremen, Darmstadt, Frank\u00adfurt-Gallus, Hanover and Vienna-Brigit\u00adtenau includes the design and struc\u00adtural moder\u00adniza\u00adtion and refur\u00adbish\u00adment of the common areas and student apart\u00adments. The project will be imple\u00admented in stages and largely completed by the start of the 2023 \/ 2024 winter semester. Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus is inves\u00adting appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 16 million euros to the upgrades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWith this reposi\u00adtio\u00adning, Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus is inves\u00adting in state-of-the-art upgrades to improve the attrac\u00adti\u00adve\u00adness and value of the assets. Earlier this year, Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus acquired five proper\u00adties already managed under the THE FIZZ brand in Berlin (K\u00f6peni\u00adcker Stra\u00dfe), Darmstadt (Sch\u00f6f\u00adfer\u00adstra\u00dfe), Frank\u00adfurt am Main (Mainzer Landstra\u00dfe), Hanover (Am Kl\u00e4pper\u00adberg) and Vienna (Dresdner Stra\u00dfe).
