The last year was a very suc\u00adcessful year for Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus AG. We ope\u00adned two new stu\u00addent resi\u00adden\u00adces, THE FIZZ+ Frei\u00adburg and THE FIZZ Ber\u00adlin, and won three new attrac\u00adti\u00adve pro\u00adjects in Aachen, Frei\u00adburg II and in Co-logne for THE FIZZ Basic. With the Dutch mar\u00adket lea\u00adder DUWO Sticht\u00ading as the ope\u00adra\u00adting part\u00adner, we invest with IC Net\u00adher\u00adlands B.V. into stu\u00addent accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adti\u00adons in the Net\u00adher\u00adlands.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With the foun\u00adding of \u201cCon\u00adsul\u00adting Cum Lau\u00adde\u201d we bridged the gap bet\u00adween our core busi\u00adness, stu\u00addent accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adti\u00adon, and hybrid advi\u00adso\u00adry \/ mar\u00adket rese\u00adarch ser\u00advices. Like the \u201cStar Alli-ance\u201d in the air\u00adline indus\u00adtry, \u201cNet\u00adwork Cum Lau\u00adde\u201d is an inter\u00adna-tio\u00adnal coope\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon plat\u00adform of lea\u00adding stu\u00addent housing ope\u00adra\u00adtors and uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adties. New\u00adly we expan\u00added our mana\u00adge-ment team with the UK stu\u00addent housing expert James Gran\u00adger who will over\u00adsee ope\u00adra\u00adti\u00adons.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The cour\u00adse is set for growth in 2015. We will open three new stu\u00addent resi\u00adden\u00adces in 2015 alo\u00adne, THE FIZZ Frank\u00adfurt I, THE FIZZ Han\u00adno\u00adver and THE FIZZ Darm\u00adstadt, and mana\u00adge around ten loca\u00adti\u00adons with more than 3,000 apart\u00adments. Fur\u00adther\u00admo\u00adre our pipe\u00adline includes 20 new THE FIZZ loca\u00adti\u00adons with around 8,000 apart\u00adments. It ope\u00adned around two years ago and com-pri\u00adses more than 336 high-qua\u00adli\u00adty sin\u00adgle and dou\u00adble room apart-ments with a kit\u00adchenet\u00adte and a show\u00ader bath. The three-part build-ing com\u00adplex has a con\u00adcier\u00adge ser-vice, two semi\u00adnar rooms and a com\u00admu\u00adnal kit\u00adchen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In Octo\u00adber 2014, THE FIZZ Ber\u00adlin ope\u00adned in very cen\u00adtral Ber\u00adlin-Mit\u00adte. The stu\u00addent resi\u00addence was deve\u00adlo\u00adped in a 50:50 joint ven\u00adture with the group G\u00e4de\u00adke &amp; Sons. The 212 apart\u00adments have 21 squa\u00adre met\u00adres on avera\u00adge and a bath\u00adroom and kit\u00adchenet\u00adte. The spe\u00adcial fea\u00adtures of the com\u00adplex next to the Spree river include a lounge in the laun\u00addry room and spa\u00adcious coo\u00adking are\u00adas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>THE FIZZ+ Frei\u00adburg ope\u00adned in au-tumn last year. The resi\u00addence in the popu\u00adlar Z\u00e4h\u00adrin\u00adgen dis\u00adtrict of Frei\u00adburg is built accor\u00adding to the low-ener\u00adgy-stan\u00addard \u201cFrei\u00adbur\u00adger Effi\u00adzi\u00adenz\u00adhaus 60\u201d and com\u00adpri\u00adses a total of 149 high-qua\u00adli\u00adty sin\u00adgle and two-room apart\u00adments. They were sold to pri\u00adva\u00adte inves\u00adtors and the users and are excep\u00adtio\u00adnal\u00adly lar\u00adge at 24 to 38 squa\u00adre met\u00adres.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pro\u00adjects in com\u00adple\u00adti\u00adon&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In 2015, Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus AG will open three new stu\u00addent resi-den\u00adces. THE FIZZ Frank\u00adfurt I in Gal-lus will be the first. All 382 high-qua\u00adli\u00adty apart\u00adments in the con\u00advert-ed office buil\u00adding are ful\u00adly fur-nis\u00adhed with a desk, bed, cup\u00adboards and a kit\u00adchenet\u00adte.<\/p>\n<p>\u200d<\/p>\n<p>THE FIZZ Han\u00adno\u00adver with 303 sin-gle and two-room apart\u00adments in Hanover\u00b4s cen\u00adtral Nord\u00adstadt dis-trict will be com\u00adple\u00adted by mid-2015. The ful\u00adly fur\u00adnis\u00adhed apart-ments will have around 22 squa\u00adre met\u00adres on avera\u00adge and a con\u00adcier\u00adge ser\u00advice will ensu\u00adre the com\u00adfort and safe\u00adty of the stu\u00addents \u2013 as in all THE FIZZ resi-den\u00adces.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>THE FIZZ Darm\u00adstadt is due to be com\u00adple\u00adted at the end of 2015. The pro\u00adper\u00adty in the city cent\u00adre con\u00adsists of both new and old buil\u00addings total\u00adling some 340 apart\u00adments with an avera\u00adge of 21 squa\u00adre met\u00adres.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plan\u00adned resi\u00adden\u00adces&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addi\u00adti\u00adon to the stu\u00addent resi-den\u00adces which are alre\u00ada\u00addy in op-era\u00adti\u00adon, the\u00adre are also seve\u00adral plan\u00adned stu\u00addent housing pro-jects: in Ham\u00adburg and Aachen, and addi\u00adtio\u00adnal pro\u00adper\u00adties in&nbsp;Frank\u00adfurt, Frei\u00adburg and \u2013 the first THE FIZZ Basic \u2013 in Colo\u00adgne. THE FIZZ Basic is a new sub-brand of Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus that com\u00adbi\u00adnes an attrac\u00adti\u00adve stu-dent accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adti\u00adon with lower ren\u00adtal pri\u00adces. The apart\u00adments are a bit smal\u00adler, ful\u00adly fur\u00adnis\u00adhed and coming with a modern bath-room. An own kit\u00adchenet\u00adte is not part of the apart\u00adment \u2013 ins\u00adtead of that you can find gene\u00adrous com\u00admu\u00adnal kit\u00adchens with inte-gra\u00adted loun\u00adges on each flo\u00ador.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our pipe\u00adline&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Curr\u00adent\u00adly we are also in nego\u00adtia-tions for new stu\u00addent resi\u00adden\u00adces in every important Ger\u00adman uni-ver\u00adsi\u00adty city: e.g. Aachen, Ber\u00adlin, Bonn, Frank\u00adfurt, Ham\u00adburg, Co-logne, Mainz and Munich. Last 2014\/15 win\u00adter semes\u00adter, more than 60,000 stu\u00addents were enrol\u00adled at the Goe\u00adthe Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty, Frank\u00adfurt School of Finan\u00adce and other uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adties. The Stu\u00adden\u00adten\u00adwerk Frank\u00adfurt am Main offers just 2,400 beds in 18 dif\u00adfe\u00adrent loca\u00adti\u00adons. In the old fede\u00adral sta\u00adtes, 37 per\u00adcent of tho\u00adse sur\u00advey\u00aded expec\u00adted to re-loca\u00adte after com\u00adple\u00adting their stu\u00addies and in the new sta\u00adtes the figu\u00adre was 40 per\u00adcent.
