The ear\u00adthworks requi\u00adred in order to start con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion on the long-dor\u00admant, approx. 7,500 squa\u00adre-met\u00adre plot of land bet\u00adween Stre\u00adse\u00admann\u00adstras\u00adse, Kie\u00adler Stras\u00adse and Oever\u00adsee\u00adstras\u00adse are now com\u00adple\u00adte. The resi\u00adden\u00adti\u00adal com\u00adplex is likely to be ope\u00adned in time for the 2019 sum\u00admer semes\u00adter. The total invest\u00adment volu\u00adme is around EUR 110 mil\u00adli\u00adon. The pro\u00adject deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment is finan\u00adced by HSH Nord\u00adbank, and the mez\u00adza\u00adni\u00adne part\u00adner is Atri\u00adum Finan\u00adce GmbH. Ground\u00adbrea\u00adking is plan\u00adned for the second quar\u00adter of 2017.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTHE FIZZ Ham\u00adburg Alto\u00adna\u201d will have a tri\u00adpar\u00adti\u00adte fa\u00e7a\u00adde struc\u00adtu\u00adre and con\u00adtain 777 apart\u00adments for app\u00adren\u00adti\u00adces, stu\u00addents and young pro\u00adfes\u00adsio\u00adnals. The con\u00adve\u00adni\u00adence store REWE (1,200 squa\u00adre met\u00adres) and the phar\u00adma\u00adcy dm (780 squa\u00adre met\u00adres) have con\u00adcluded long-term lea\u00adses and will be anchor ten\u00adants in the pro\u00adper\u00adty. A pro\u00adject-manage\u00adment agree\u00adment cove\u00adring aspects such as cli\u00adent repre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon has been signed with BECKEN Deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment GmbH. BECKEN Deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment has also been com\u00admis\u00adsio\u00adned with pro\u00adject manage\u00adment for the other Ham\u00adburg pro\u00adjects of Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus at R\u00f6dings\u00admarkt, Hols\u00adten\u00adwall and Ade\u00adnau\u00ader Allee\/Steindamm.<\/p>\n<p>Horst Lie\u00adder, CEO of Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus AG, said: \u201cIt\u2019s all sys\u00adtems go! The ear\u00adthworks are finis\u00adhed and we are start\u00ading con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion work on \u201cTHE FIZZ Ham\u00adburg Alto\u00adna\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus will revi\u00adve the long-dere\u00adlict inner-city plot on Stre\u00adse\u00admann\u00adstras\u00adse by mid-2019, crea\u00adting com\u00adpact accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adti\u00adon for young tar\u00adget groups on app\u00adren\u00adti\u00adce\u00adships, at col\u00adlege or uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty and in work who would other\u00adwi\u00adse strugg\u00adle on the Ham\u00adburg housing mar\u00adket.
