The earthworks required in order to start construc\u00adtion on the long-dormant, approx. 7,500 square-metre plot of land between Strese\u00admann\u00adstrasse, Kieler Strasse and Oever\u00adsee\u00adstrasse are now complete. The residen\u00adtial complex is likely to be opened in time for the 2019 summer semester. The total invest\u00adment volume is around EUR 110 million. The project develo\u00adp\u00adment is financed by HSH Nordbank, and the mezza\u00adnine partner is Atrium Finance GmbH. Ground\u00adbrea\u00adking is planned for the second quarter of 2017.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTHE FIZZ Hamburg Altona\u201d will have a tripar\u00adtite fa\u00e7ade struc\u00adture and contain 777 apart\u00adments for appren\u00adtices, students and young profes\u00adsio\u00adnals. The conve\u00adni\u00adence store REWE (1,200 square metres) and the pharmacy dm (780 square metres) have concluded long-term leases and will be anchor tenants in the property. A project-manage\u00adment agree\u00adment covering aspects such as client repre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adtion has been signed with BECKEN Develo\u00adp\u00adment GmbH. BECKEN Develo\u00adp\u00adment has also been commis\u00adsioned with project manage\u00adment for the other Hamburg projects of Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus at R\u00f6dings\u00admarkt, Holsten\u00adwall and Adenauer Allee\/Steindamm.<\/p>\n<p>Horst Lieder, CEO of Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus AG, said: \u201cIt\u2019s all systems go! The earthworks are finished and we are starting construc\u00adtion work on \u201cTHE FIZZ Hamburg Altona\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus will revive the long-derelict inner-city plot on Strese\u00admann\u00adstrasse by mid-2019, creating compact accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adtion for young target groups on appren\u00adti\u00adce\u00adships, at college or univer\u00adsity and in work who would other\u00adwise struggle on the Hamburg housing market. Rents for the student and young-profes\u00adsional apart\u00adments have not yet been set, but will be at an appro\u00adpriate level for Hamburg. Accor\u00adding to current plans, net rents for appren\u00adtice apart\u00adments will start at around EUR 220 per month.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On seven floors above ground level, \u201cTHE FIZZ Hamburg Altona\u201d will contain three living and service products covering a gross floor area of around 36,000 square metres: \u201cTHE FIZZ Juniors\u201d for appren\u00adtices, \u201cTHE FIZZ Living Cum Laude\u201d for students, and \u201cTHE FIZZ Young Profes\u00adsio\u00adnals\u201d. \u201cTHE FIZZ Hamburg Altona\u201d was designed by the Frank\u00adfurt- based archi\u00adtec\u00adtural firm Magnus Kaminiarz. In addition, the closed perimeter-develo\u00adp\u00adment property includes 140 under\u00adground car parking spaces, around 500 bicycle spaces, several roof terraces and planted interior courty\u00adards. The three building sections will have separate, central entrance areas as well as communal areas and service concepts tailored to the user groups.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat makes \u201cTHE FIZZ Hamburg Altona\u201d so special is not just the project volume, but the tripar\u00adtite building struc\u00adture, the focus on three target groups and the pionee\u00adring furnis\u00adhing and utili\u00adsa\u00adtion concept.
