The Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus Group (IC), a lea\u00adding deve\u00adlo\u00adper and ope\u00adra\u00adtor of Micro Living con\u00adcepts in Nor\u00adt\u00adhern Euro\u00adpe just ope\u00adned its new \u201cTHE FIZZ Frei\u00adburg Mit\u00adte\u201d in time for the start of the win\u00adter semes\u00adter 2021 \/ 2022. The six-storey stu\u00addent apart\u00adment block is loca\u00adted on Habs\u00adbur\u00adger Stras\u00adse in the inner city of Frei\u00adburg, a short walk from the main cam\u00adpus buil\u00addings of Frei\u00adburg Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty. It offers exten\u00adsi\u00adve com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty are\u00adas and 344 ful\u00adly equip\u00adped apart\u00adments for sin\u00adgle- and dou\u00adble occu\u00adp\u00adan\u00adcy who\u00adse rooms ran\u00adge from 18 to 58 squa\u00adre met\u00adres in size. Twel\u00adve of the apart\u00adments are rent-con\u00adtrol\u00adled. THE FIZZ Frei\u00adburg Mit\u00adte extends over a gross flo\u00ador area (GFA) of 15,200 squa\u00adre met\u00adres, and divi\u00addes into two buil\u00adding sec\u00adtions: one peri\u00adme\u00adter block buil\u00adding with a cap\u00adti\u00advat\u00ading fa\u00e7a\u00adde, and an atri\u00adum in the inner cour\u00adty\u00adard. The under\u00adground car park pro\u00advi\u00addes 74 car and 350 bicy\u00adcle par\u00adking spots. For IC, this is actual\u00adly the second apart\u00adment buil\u00adding for stu\u00addents in this cam\u00adpus town, after having ope\u00adned THE FIZZ Z\u00e4h\u00adrin\u00adgen with 149 apart\u00adments in 2014.<\/p>\n

Frei\u00adburg is a leafy and lively cam\u00adpus town with a long histo\u00adry that attracts thou\u00adsands of new stu\u00addents from insi\u00adde and out\u00adside Ger\u00adma\u00adny every year. Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus counts among the Micro Living pio\u00adneers, and recent\u00adly cele\u00adbra\u00adted its tenth anni\u00adver\u00adsa\u00adry. Today, you will find THE FIZZ in Aachen, Ber\u00adlin, Bre\u00admen, Darm\u00adstadt, Frank\u00adfurt, Frei\u00adburg, Hano\u00adver, Munich, Pra\u00adgue and Vien\u00adna. This coming fall, ano\u00adther inno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adve resi\u00adden\u00adti\u00adal pro\u00adduct will come on-stream in Ham\u00adburg that is inten\u00added for pro\u00adfes\u00adsio\u00adnals and cal\u00adled HVNS.<\/p>\n

Rough\u00adly 24,000 stu\u00addents were enrol\u00adled at the Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty of Frei\u00adburg for the win\u00adter semes\u00adter 2019 \/ 2020, with 18 per\u00adcent of the stu\u00addents coming from abroad, and near\u00adly 53 per\u00adcent of them being fema\u00adle. The uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty offers clas\u00adses in a total of 288 degree pro\u00adgrams, taught at 100 insti\u00adtu\u00adtes. Frei\u00adburg im Breis\u00adgau has a popu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon of near\u00adly 231,000 resi\u00addents (as 31\/12\/2020).<\/p>\n
