The rede\u00adve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment work on the for\u00admer admi\u00adnis\u00adtra\u00adti\u00adon<br>\nbuil\u00adding, which was erec\u00adted in the 1970s, is set to start in July 2013. The stu\u00addent<br>\nhouse is expec\u00adted to open in time for the 2014 win\u00adter semes\u00adter once it has been<br>\nfit\u00adted out with high-qua\u00adli\u00adty fur\u00adni\u00adtu\u00adre and faci\u00adli\u00adties. Finan\u00adcing part\u00adner of the pro\u00adject is HSH Nord\u00adbank.<br>\nInter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus will run the buil\u00adding under the brand \u201cTHE FIZZ\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u200d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTHE FIZZ Frank\u00adfurt\u201d is one of seve\u00adral resi\u00adden\u00adti\u00adal buil\u00adding pro\u00adjects curr\u00adent\u00adly in<br>\npro\u00adgress in Gal\u00adlus. Num\u00ade\u00adrous buil\u00addings in the dis\u00adtrict Frank\u00adfurt-Gal\u00adlus which were<br>\npre\u00advious\u00adly used for indus\u00adtri\u00adal or com\u00admer\u00adcial pur\u00adpo\u00adses are now being used in a new<br>\nway. The\u00adre are, for exam\u00adp\u00adle, three pro\u00adjects taking place on Main\u00adzer Land\u00adstras\u00adse, a<br>\nsite on Lahn\u00adstras\u00adse, and part of the for\u00admer Adler fac\u00adto\u00adry site on Kley\u00ader\u00adstras\u00adse. They<br>\nwill be trans\u00adfor\u00admed into around 1,500 apart\u00adments altog\u00ade\u00adther over the next few years<br>\nand will even\u00adtual\u00adly be able to accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adte up to 3,000 Frank\u00adfurt resi\u00addents.<\/p>\n<p>\u200d<\/p>\n<p>Horst Lie\u00adder, CEO of Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus AG, said: \u201cFrank\u00adfurt offers us some per\u00adfect<br>\noppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties to invest in stu\u00addent accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adti\u00adon. The buil\u00adding has part\u00adly eight flo\u00adors and part\u00adly ten flo\u00adors,<br>\nand will be hea\u00adted by a dis\u00adtrict hea\u00adting sys\u00adtem. The stu\u00addent resi\u00addence will have<br>\ncom\u00admu\u00adnal are\u00adas such as a recep\u00adti\u00adon, a coo\u00adking area, a laun\u00addry lounge, a fit\u00adness area,<br>\nand seve\u00adral stu\u00addy and semi\u00adnar rooms.
