It will be ope\u00adra\u00adted by Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus under its brand \u201cTHE FIZZ\u201d. Loca\u00adted on the sci\u00adence and tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgy cam\u00adpus in the up-and-coming, cen\u00adtral Zab\u0142o\u00adcie neigh\u00adbour\u00adhood, the apart\u00adment buil\u00adding will boast around 1,000 apart\u00adments for stu\u00addents and young pro\u00adfes\u00adsio\u00adnals. Fur\u00adther\u00admo\u00adre, \u201cTHE FIZZ Kra\u00adkow\u201d will offer exten\u00adsi\u00adve com\u00admu\u00adnal are\u00adas, 88 under\u00adground par\u00adking spaces and 33 out\u00addoor par\u00adking spaces and racks for around 970 bikes.<\/p>\n<p>Alex\u00adan\u00adder Gulya, Head of Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus Group, explains: \u201cKra\u00adkow is the cul\u00adtu\u00adral, sci\u00aden\u00adti\u00adfic and eco\u00adno\u00admic cent\u00adre of sou\u00adthern Pol\u00adand, and the heart of a regi\u00adon of more than nine mil\u00adli\u00adon peo\u00adp\u00adle. The city is boo\u00adming and has a young, inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal and vibrant tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgy and start-up sce\u00adne that is attrac\u00adting many well-edu\u00adca\u00adted young peo\u00adp\u00adle. What may sur\u00adpri\u00adse many is that the\u00adre are more young peo\u00adp\u00adle stu\u00addy\u00ading in Kra\u00adkow than in Ber\u00adlin, Vien\u00adna or Pra\u00adgue.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Thors\u00adten Lei\u00adpert, Mana\u00adging Direc\u00adtor of Alkyon Part\u00adners, adds: \u201cWe have been ope\u00adra\u00adting in CEE for more than 25 years now, and in that time we have seen through pro\u00adjects with a value in excess of EUR 2 bil\u00adli\u00adon eit\u00adher alo\u00adne or with part\u00adners.
