Given the gro\u00adwing num\u00adber of peo\u00adp\u00adle of all ages living alo\u00adne, the con\u00adstant\u00adly high num\u00adber of stu\u00addents and the incre\u00adasing trend in for\u00adeign stu\u00addents moving to Ger\u00adma\u00adny, we say defi\u00adni\u00adte\u00adly not. While an incre\u00adasing per\u00adcen\u00adta\u00adge of \u201ccom\u00adpact accom- moda\u00adti\u00adon\u201d is being con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adted, this trend has not been under way for that long.<\/p>\n<p>Dri\u00adven by the huge demand for sin\u00adgle per\u00adson house\u00adholds in all pri\u00adce seg\u00adments, the need for stu\u00addent accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adti\u00adon in Germany\u00b4s met- ropo\u00adli\u00adtan cities and uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty towns with a gro\u00adwing popu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon in all pri\u00adce seg\u00adments will not be cover\u00aded for years. Of cour\u00adse, all this has ral\u00adlied num\u00ade\u00adrous inves\u00adtors \u2013 but no one can say for sure just how many of the announ\u00adced pro\u00adjects will actual\u00adly be rea\u00adli\u00adsed.
