The archi\u00adtec\u00adtu\u00adral design draft by Kokon Archi\u00adtec\u00adtuur & Steden\u00adbouw B.V. places gre\u00adat empha\u00adsis on sus\u00adtaina\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty: The con\u00adcept includes a heat pump, a rain\u00adwa\u00adter har\u00adve\u00ads\u00adt\u00ading sys\u00adtem and a green roof, among other things.
