International Campus expands with a new building and 344 THE FIZZ apartments in Freiburg<\/h3>\n

In August 2021, Ger\u00admany\u2019s tenth THE FIZZ will be ope\u00adning in Frei\u00adburg im Breis\u00adgau. Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus GmbH (IC), which spe\u00adcia\u00adli\u00adses in tem\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adry housing con\u00adcepts for stu\u00addents and pro\u00adfes\u00adsio\u00adnals, is con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adting a new buil\u00adding with 344 stu\u00addent apart\u00adments right in the cent\u00adre, at Habs\u00adbur\u00adger Stra\u00ad\u00dfe 132. It is the bran\u00add\u2019s second buil\u00adding in the popu\u00adlar sou\u00adthern Ger\u00adman uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty city, along\u00adside THE FIZZ Z\u00e4h\u00adrin\u00adgen with 149 apart\u00adments. Modern flats with high-qua\u00adli\u00adty fur\u00adnis\u00adhings, mea\u00adsu\u00adring bet\u00adween 18 and 58 m\u00b2, are taking shape in two parts of the buil\u00adding on a gross flo\u00ador area of around 15,000 m\u00b2. 12 of the\u00adse apart\u00adments bene\u00adfit from redu\u00adced ren\u00adtal pri\u00adces. With the seven-storey deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment at the edge of the block, IC is clo\u00adsing one of the last vacant lots in this cen\u00adtral loca\u00adti\u00adon. The divi\u00adsi\u00adon of the fa\u00e7a\u00adde into seve\u00adral sec\u00adtions and the striking roof shape allow the buil\u00adding to blend in har\u00admo\u00adnious\u00adly with its sur\u00adroun\u00addings. The four-storey atri\u00adum buil\u00adding on the insi\u00adde of the block com\u00adple\u00adments the sel\u00adec\u00adtion of room types to meet the dif\u00adfe\u00adrent requi\u00adre\u00adments of the stu\u00addents.<\/p>\n

Even during the pan\u00adde\u00admic, our stu\u00addent apart\u00adment buil\u00addings are expe\u00adri\u00aden\u00adcing strong demand and we are con\u00adfi\u00addent that as the vac\u00adci\u00adna\u00adti\u00adon rate increa\u00adses, the gene\u00adral situa\u00adti\u00adon for stu\u00addents will also return to nor\u00admal\u201d, says Micha\u00adel Stapf, Chief Invest\u00adment Offi\u00adcer at IC. <\/p>\n

All apart\u00adments at THE FIZZ fea\u00adture a pri\u00adva\u00adte bath\u00adroom, a modern kit\u00adchenet\u00adte and inter\u00adnet. Stu\u00addents can enjoy an acti\u00adve housing com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty led by the house mana\u00adgers, as well as many com\u00admon are\u00adas for coo\u00adking, stu\u00addy\u00ading, play\u00ading and rela\u00adxing, along with a ran\u00adge of other ser\u00advices. Over 70 par\u00adking spaces are available to ten\u00adants in the under\u00adground car park, and the\u00adre is space for up to 350 bicy\u00adcles in a roofed out\u00addoor area. <\/p>\n

Thanks to the cen\u00adtral loca\u00adti\u00adon, Frei\u00adburg Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty, various shop\u00adping faci\u00adli\u00adties and M\u00fcns\u00adter\u00adplatz are only a stone\u2019s throw away. The cen\u00adtral sta\u00adti\u00adon is within wal\u00adking distance.  <\/p>\n

THE FIZZ can also be found in other Ger\u00adman cities, name\u00adly Aachen, Ber\u00adlin, Bre\u00admen, Darm\u00adstadt, Frank\u00adfurt am Main, Ham\u00adburg, Hano\u00adver and Munich. In addi\u00adti\u00adon, IC ope\u00adra\u00adtes two hou\u00adses for stu\u00addents in Vien\u00adna and one in Pra\u00adgue.<\/p>\n
