The project with 195 apart\u00adments is being developed by Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus Austria GmbH, CORAG Real Estate Holding GmbH and Kollitsch & Reich\u00adstamm Projekte GmbH. <\/p>\n
On Wednesday evening, nearly 100 guests celebrated the shell\u2019s comple\u00adtion of the second THE FIZZ in Vienna. The first student accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adtion in Vienna Brigit\u00adtenau has been in opera\u00adtion since 2017. At Sonnwend\u00adviertel in the 10th municipal district, additional 195 fully furnished apart\u00adments for students will be built on a gross floor area of 6.800 sqm until Autumn 2019.<\/p>\n\n
\u201eWith our second house in the heart of Vienna, we are expan\u00adding the supply of housing for students tailored to their needs. We are well on schedule with the construc\u00adtion works and expect them to be completed on time by the winter semester 2019\/2020.\u201d, explains Alexander Gulya, Managing Director of Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus Austria GmbH. <\/p>\n\n
THE FIZZ Vienna Main Station offers apart\u00adments with an average size of 22 sqm spread over six floors. There will also be apart\u00adments with up to 39 sqm suitable for double occup\u00adancy. All units are fully furnished and feature a pantry kitchen plus private bathroom. Further\u00admore, the residence convinces with its central location in the heart of Vienna and the perfect connec\u00adtion to public trans\u00adport.<\/p>\n
Due to varying apart\u00adment sizes, monthly rents range from 610 to 850 Euros. These include furnis\u00adhing, all opera\u00adting costs such as heating or electri\u00adcity, high-speed internet and a house manager service. The rental of apart\u00adments is possible online on www.the-fizz.com.<\/p>\n\n
The house offers several communal areas enabling an inspi\u00adring commu\u00adnity to emerge. The inter\u00adna\u00adtional tenants can connect in the common kitchen, cosy lounges, the gaming area, study rooms or on the roof terrace with outdoor kitchen. Regular events and a commu\u00adnity manager create a family like atmosphere. The residence at Dresdner Stra\u00dfe in Vienna Brigit\u00adtenau already unites 40 diffe\u00adrent natio\u00adna\u00adli\u00adties to one lively commu\u00adnity.<\/p>\n
Besides develo\u00adping this project, Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus Austria GmbH will also be the operator. Kollitsch Bau GmbH is the total contractor and Raiff\u00adeisen-Landes\u00adbank Steier\u00admark is in charge of funding.<\/p>\n
