The first buil\u00adding sec\u00adtion, which ope\u00adned on 1 July, is alre\u00ada\u00addy ful\u00adly ren\u00adted. The stu\u00addent apart\u00adment buil\u00adding in the for\u00admer city of Frankfurt\u2019s Muni\u00adci\u00adpal Public Affairs Depart\u00adment includes 381 ful\u00adly fur\u00adnis\u00adhed sin\u00adgle apart\u00adments, seve\u00adral semi\u00adnar rooms, a house mana\u00adger, a lounge area with coo\u00adking area on the ground flo\u00ador and a sky lounge with ano\u00adther coo\u00adking area and a view of Frankfurt\u2019s sky\u00adline. The pro\u00adper\u00adty also has 300 bicy\u00adcle stands and 113 par\u00adking spaces, a new\u00adly cul\u00adti\u00adva\u00adted green area for the gar\u00adden apart\u00adments and a total of some 1,300 squa\u00adre met\u00adres of com\u00admer\u00adcial space. This is occu\u00adp\u00adied by a food retail\u00ader and a restau\u00adrant and 210 squa\u00adre met\u00adres of retail space is still available to rent.<\/p>\n<p>Alex\u00adan\u00adder Gulya, Mem\u00adber of the Exe\u00adcu\u00adti\u00adve Board for Deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment at Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus AG, com\u00admen\u00adted: \u201cWe are hap\u00adpy with the com\u00adple\u00adti\u00adon of our new stu\u00addent resi\u00addence in Frank\u00adfurt Gal\u00adlus in time for the win\u00adter semes\u00adter. \u201cTHE FIZZ Frank\u00adfurt Gal\u00adlus\u201d is spe\u00adcial to us as it is our first con\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adon pro\u00adject. We have crea\u00adted con\u00adtem\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adry and high\u00adly sought living space for stu\u00addents out of an office buil\u00adding which is more than 40 years old. It also ful\u00adly lives up to our typi\u00adcal qua\u00adli\u00adty and living stan\u00addards\u201d. After redu\u00adcing it to its basic struc\u00adtu\u00adre, a com\u00adple\u00adte reno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adon and exten\u00adsi\u00adve buil\u00adding work, the eight and ele\u00adven-storey buil\u00adding now meets the low ener\u00adgy KfW 70 stan\u00addard. The modern stu\u00addent apart\u00adments with a flo\u00ador space of bet\u00adween 21 and 24 squa\u00adre met\u00adres are all ful\u00adly fur\u00adnis\u00adhed with a bed, desk, chair and cup\u00adboards and include a high-qua\u00adli\u00adty show\u00ader room and a kit\u00adchenet\u00adte with a ref\u00adri\u00adge\u00adra\u00adtor, micro\u00adwa\u00adve and cera\u00admic hob.
