The first buil\u00adding sec\u00adtion, the lis\u00adted and com\u00adple\u00adte\u00adly res\u00adto\u00adred buil\u00adding on the for\u00admer Gra\u00adphia Not\u00adh\u00adna\u00adgel site, will be rea\u00addy for stu\u00addents to move in. The second con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion pha\u00adse with 245 stu\u00addent apart\u00adments will open at the start of the 2016 sum\u00admer semes\u00adter. Stu\u00addents inte\u00adres\u00adted in ren\u00adting the\u00adse apart\u00adments can now cont\u00adact: <a href=\"mailto:darmstadt@the-fizz.com\">darmstadt@the-fizz.com.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are deligh\u00adted to be able to open the first sec\u00adtion of our new stu\u00addent resi\u00addence in Darm\u00adstadt in time for the begin\u00adning of the win\u00adter semes\u00adter\u201c, com\u00admen\u00adted Horst Lie\u00adder, CEO of Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus AG. \u201cWith \u201cTHE FIZZ Darm\u00adstadt\u201d on Sch\u00f6f\u00adfer\u00adstra\u00ad\u00dfe, we have crea\u00adted urgen\u00adtly requi\u00adred, con\u00adtem\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adry and high\u00adly attrac\u00adti\u00adve living space for stu\u00addents. All stu\u00addent apart\u00adments are ful\u00adly fur\u00adnis\u00adhed and have a modern bath room and kit\u00adchenet\u00adte. Our resi\u00addents can move in straight away from mid Sep\u00adtem\u00adber and get down to their stu\u00addies,\u201d added Lie\u00adder.<\/p>\n<p>The stu\u00addent resi\u00addence is loca\u00adted on a pro\u00adper\u00adty encom\u00adpas\u00adsing some 7,000 squa\u00adre met\u00adres on Sch\u00f6f\u00adfer\u00adstra\u00ad\u00dfe near the Albert Schweit\u00adzer Park, direct\u00adly oppo\u00adsi\u00adte the Hoch\u00adschu\u00adle Darm\u00adstadt. The Darm\u00adstadt stu\u00addent ser\u00advices asso\u00adcia\u00adti\u00adon offers around 2,800 places in halls of resi\u00adden\u00adces in 15 dif\u00adfe\u00adrent loca\u00adti\u00adons. The city has more than 150,000 inha\u00adbi\u00adtants, and the figu\u00adre is rising.
