The stu\u00addent apart\u00adment block is part of a lar\u00adger dis\u00adtrict deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment and will have more than 330 flats, around 135 car and around 400 bicy\u00adcle par\u00adking spaces, as well as gene\u00adrous com\u00admu\u00adnal are\u00adas, such as roof ter\u00adraces and com\u00admu\u00adnal kit\u00adchens. Con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion work on the cor\u00adner of Hal\u00adberg\u00adstras\u00adse and Rhein\u00adal\u00adlee will com\u00admence late in 2022 with an ope\u00adning sche\u00addu\u00adled for late 2024.
