With these new additions, Network Cum Laude already has five members in five count\u00adries compri\u00adsing almost 50,000 student apart\u00adments under manage\u00adment or in develo\u00adp\u00adment. A b2b website for partners (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.networkcumlaude.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.networkcumlaude.com<\/a>) has been launched for this reason. The objec\u00adtives of coope\u00adra\u00adtion within Network Cum Laude include optimi\u00adsing occup\u00adancy rates of the residences and provi\u00adding better services for students, such as easier access to student accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adtion in the cities<\/p>\n<p>of choice.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith Republika in Turkey and Upgrade Estate in Belgium, Network Cum Laude has attracted two innova\u00adtive student accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adtion opera\u00adtors as new partners. Inclu\u00adding Republika and Upgrade Estate, the network is already repre\u00adsented in five exciting count\u00adries in the higher educa\u00adtion market. Today, the network partners already have almost 50,000 student apart\u00adments under manage\u00adment or in develo\u00adp\u00adment,\u201d says Horst Lieder, Board Member of Network Cum Laude and CEO of Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus AG. \u201cNot only do the opera\u00adtors of student accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adtion benefit from being part of Network Cum Laude, for example by coope\u00adra\u00adting to optimise occup\u00adancy rates through a cross-border exchange of knowledge. There are a total of eleven univer\u00adsi\u00adties and numerous univer\u00adsity colleges with around 450,000 students in Belgium.<\/p>\n<p>Republika operates three student residences in the popular Be\u015fikta\u015f district of Istanbul and plans additional locations throug\u00adhout Turkey.
