Hotel expert Matthias Hautli joins acquisition team at International Campus <\/h3>\n

Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus GmbH (IC), a company specia\u00adli\u00adsing in tempo\u00adrary living concepts for students and profes\u00adsio\u00adnals, has increased its acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion team as part of its expan\u00adsion plans. Since April 2021, Matthias Hautli has been on board as Senior Transac\u00adtion Manager, in charge of new projects for the brands THE FIZZ and HVNS in Southern Germany and Austria. Prior to joining the team, he worked in the hotel advisory and transac\u00adtions division at Engel & V\u00f6lkers for more than four years, most recently as a Director. Before that, he was a Senior Consul\u00adtant at Ernst & Young Real Estate. Matthias Hautli is familiar with the Austrian market due to his work at the hotel consul\u00adtancy Kohl & Partner, where he was a partner and location manager of the Vienna office until 2015.<\/p>\n

THE FIZZ \u2013 which is designed for students \u2013 is now available in the German cities of Aachen, Berlin, Bremen, Darmstadt, Frank\u00adfurt am Main, Freiburg, Hamburg, Hanover and Munich. In addition, IC operates two houses for students in Vienna and one in Prague. <\/p>\n

The brand HVNS (English \u201chavens\u201d) caters speci\u00adfi\u00adcally for the needs of profes\u00adsio\u00adnals. The first apart\u00adments are already available for rent in Hamburg, while the opening of HVNS buildings in Berlin and Frank\u00adfurt am Main is planned for 2022.<\/p>\n
