(the \u201cFund\u201d) for pro\u00adfes\u00adsio\u00adnal inves\u00adtors. The pur\u00adpo\u00adse<br>\nand objec\u00adti\u00adve of the Fund is the crea\u00adti\u00adon of a lar\u00adger port\u00adfo\u00adlio of resi\u00adden\u00adti\u00adal buil\u00addings\n<\/p>\n<p>for stu\u00addents, pri\u00adma\u00adri\u00adly in Ger\u00adma\u00adny. The\u00adse will be deve\u00adlo\u00adped by<br>\nInter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus AG and pre\u00addo\u00admi\u00adnant\u00adly ope\u00adra\u00adted with uni\u00adform qua\u00adli\u00adty<br>\nstan\u00addards under the brand \u201cTHE FIZZ\u201d.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have rai\u00adsed \u20ac50 mil\u00adli\u00adon of equi\u00adty in a first clo\u00adsing and the\u00adre\u00adwi\u00adth enter direct\u00adly<br>\ninto the invest\u00adment stage. Talks with a num\u00adber of fur\u00adther equi\u00adty inves\u00adtors are<br>\ncurr\u00adent\u00adly under\u00adway\u201d, explains Horst Lie\u00adder, CEO of Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus AG. All-in-<br>\nall, Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus AG plans to rai\u00adse up to \u20ac250 mil\u00adli\u00adon in Fund com\u00admit\u00adments.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe plan to rai\u00adse at least up to \u20ac250 mil\u00adli\u00adon equi\u00adty. This would allow us to build a<br>\nport\u00adfo\u00adlio with a total invest\u00adment volu\u00adme of up to \u20ac800 mil\u00adli\u00adon. Finan\u00adcing con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons<br>\nin Ger\u00adma\u00adny are curr\u00adent\u00adly very favoura\u00adble in com\u00adpa\u00adri\u00adson with other count\u00adries both in<br>\nterms of inte\u00adrest rates and access to cre\u00addit. Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus AG will also invest<br>\nin the port\u00adfo\u00adlio by com\u00admit\u00adting 5% to 6% of the capi\u00adtal of the Fund. This ensu\u00adres full\n<\/p>\n<p>ali\u00adgnment of inte\u00adrests bet\u00adween inves\u00adtors and Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus as the deve\u00adlo\u00adper,<br>\nope\u00adra\u00adtor and ulti\u00adm\u00adate\u00adly a fel\u00adlow inves\u00adtor\u201d, con\u00adti\u00adnues Lie\u00adder.\n<\/p>\n<p>It is plan\u00adned to deve\u00adlop pro\u00adper\u00adties within the Fund over the next 3\u20135 years and exit<br>\nwithin 5 to 7 years. Attrac\u00adti\u00adve risk-adjus\u00adted returns with a tar\u00adget yield (IRR) of 14 %<br>\non the equi\u00adty are expec\u00adted. \u201cThe stra\u00adtegy of crea\u00adting a plat\u00adform of this natu\u00adre for a<br>\nlar\u00adge-volu\u00adme port\u00adfo\u00adlio in the area of stu\u00addent housing pro\u00advi\u00addes an attrac\u00adti\u00adve pro\u00adduct<br>\nfor insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal inves\u00adtors that is unli\u00adke any\u00adthing curr\u00adent\u00adly available in Ger\u00adma\u00adny for<br>\nthis seg\u00adment. This includes:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bre\u00admen:<\/strong> Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus AG has acqui\u00adred \u201cTHE FIZZ Bre\u00admen\u201d with 336 stu\u00addent apart\u00adments, a buil\u00adding that Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus AG deve\u00adlo\u00adped and ope\u00adra\u00adtes. The FIZZ Bre\u00admen was com\u00adple\u00adted in 2012 and is ful\u00adly let.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ber\u00adlin:<\/strong> Joint\u00adly with the Ber\u00adlin fami\u00adly busi\u00adness Ga\u0308deke &amp; Sons, Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal<br>\nCam\u00adpus AG is deve\u00adlo\u00adping \u201cTHE FIZZ Ber\u00adlin\u201d with 212 apart\u00adments;<br>\ncon\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion has alre\u00ada\u00addy star\u00adted. The buil\u00adding with ca. 292 apart\u00adments will be rea\u00addy for<br>\noccu\u00adp\u00adan\u00adcy for the win\u00adter semes\u00adter of 2015.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bes\u00adi\u00addes the\u00adse Fund pro\u00adjects, Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus AG expects to ope\u00adra\u00adte an eighth<br>\nresi\u00adden\u00adti\u00adal buil\u00adding for stu\u00addents that has been built by the GbR GEWO Stu\u00adckert<br>\nWohn\u00adbau AG in Frei\u00adburg; the indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adal apart\u00adments are expec\u00adted to be sold to pri\u00adva\u00adte inves\u00adtors in part owner\u00adship. The buil\u00adding work for \u201cTHE FIZZ+ Frei\u00adburg\u201d with 149 apart\u00adments in two con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion stages is alre\u00ada\u00addy quite advan\u00adced.
