The fully occupied property \u201cTHE FIZZ Bremen\u201d, which opened in 2012 directly opposite the Univer\u00adsity of Bremen, and the project develo\u00adp\u00adment \u201cTHE FIZZ Freiburg Mitte\u201d on Habsburger Strasse in the centre of Freiburg have a total of around 680 single and double apart\u00adments. Construc\u00adtion on \u201cTHE FIZZ Freiburg Mitte\u201d is set to start in the first half of 2017; the archi\u00adtect is Magnus Kaminiarz &amp; Cie. Both student residences are operated under the brand THE FIZZ.
