More than 90 per cent of the 149 high-qua\u00adli\u00adty, ful\u00adly-fur\u00adnis\u00adhed one and two-room apart\u00adments have alre\u00ada\u00addy been lea\u00adsed. While a few of the apart\u00adments con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adted in the second pha\u00adse are still available, all first-pha\u00adse 116 apart\u00adments have been sold.
