The student residence on K\u00f6peni\u00adcker Stra\u00dfe in Berlin\u2019s Mitte district is a joint venture with the G\u00e4deke &amp; Sons Group. Over 95 per cent of the 212 high-quality, fully furnished one- and two-room apart\u00adments across six floors have already been leased, several weeks before the semes\u00adters at Berlin\u2019s univer\u00adsi\u00adties begin. On average, the apart\u00adments are 21 square metres in size and are equipped with a kitchenette and a modern bathroom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Horst Lieder, CEO of Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus AG: \u201cThis is further testa\u00adment to the fact that we are on the right path with our \u201cTHE FIZZ\u201d concept and product. We are right on the button with the latest trends.\u201d Lieder conti\u00adnues: \u201cOur location on K\u00f6peni\u00adcker Stra\u00dfe in the city centre of Berlin is very up-and-coming; there\u2019s a lot going on here. We would love to extend our develo\u00adp\u00adment exper\u00adtise to the adjacent site, the former \u201cEisfa\u00adbrik\u201d area. We already have a number of specific usage concepts sustainable over the long term.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTHE FIZZ Berlin\u201d is located at the heart of Berlin and offers a number of commu\u00adnity spaces, inclu\u00adding seminar rooms, a cooking area, a lounge as well as a laundry room. A house coordi\u00adnator makes sure every\u00adthing runs smoothly and safely. The all-in&nbsp;rents, which include electri\u00adcity, heating, water, furnis\u00adhings, internet access, use of commu\u00adnity spaces and all ancil\u00adlary charges, start at \u20ac495 per month.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>Felix G\u00e4deke from the Gruppe G\u00e4deke &amp; Sons: \u201cThe segment student housing has massive, untapped poten\u00adtial in the capital. Demand for compact, well-designed and fully equipped residen\u00adtial property is huge among students, but also among young profes\u00adsio\u00adnals and commuters. That\u2019s why student residency is so attrac\u00adtive to inves\u00adtors and the private equity segment, not just in Berlin but across all of Germany\u2019s metro\u00adpo\u00adlises.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Berlin\u2019s four univer\u00adsi\u00adties, three art acade\u00admies, seven univer\u00adsi\u00adties of applied sciences and several-dozen private acade\u00admies host a total of 164,728 young people. Three of Berlin\u2019s four univer\u00adsi\u00adties are \u201cUniver\u00adsi\u00adties of Excel\u00adlence\u201d. Roughly 16 per cent of students come to Berlin from abroad. Halls of residence in the German capital offer accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adtion for 9,411 students.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After Bremen and Freiburg, Berlin is the third \u201cTHE FIZZ\u201d location for Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus AG.
