The new residence in the central Hannover-Nordstadt district will open in time for the 2015\/16 winter semester, offering high-quality living space on seven floors for 303 students. The property Am Kl\u00e4per\u00adberg 11 \/ Ecke Hintere Sch\u00f6ne\u00adworth includes 37 parking spaces and 200 bicycle stands, a lounge area, a communal kitchen, a study and seminar room, a central recep\u00adtion area with a house manager service, a laundry and drying room as well as a landscaped inner courtyard for barbe\u00adquing and relaxing. Renting of the apart\u00adments has already begun.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe construc\u00adtion work has always been well on schedule. It is wonderful to be able to open \u201cTHE FIZZ Hannover\u201d in Nordstadt in time for the 2015\/16 winter semester as planned\u201c, commented Roman Diehl, a member of the Execu\u00adtive Board of Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus AG. \u201cThe capital of Lower Saxony is a prospe\u00adrous metro\u00adpolis with some 40,000 students. Our new student accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adtion responds to the huge demand for attrac\u00adtive, compact living space in Hannover\u201c, explains Diehl. The apart\u00adments all comprise an average living area of 22 square metres, are fully furnished and come with a modern shower room and kitchenette. The monthly all-in- rents include electri\u00adcity, water and ancil\u00adlary costs and the use of communal facili\u00adties and start at EUR 405.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTHE FIZZ Hannover\u201d is close to the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Univer\u00adsit\u00e4t, Hannover Univer\u00adsity of Applied Sciences and Arts, Klinikum Hannover Nordstadt and the Max-Planck Insti\u00adtute. The S\u2011Bahn \u201cNordstadt\u201d station and \u201cAn der Stran\u00adgriede\u201d tram stop are within just a few minutes\u2019 walking distance from the residence.
