THE FIZZ Hannover and THE FIZZ Frank\u00adfurt Gallus were opened in time for the 2015\/2016 winter semester. The first section of THE FIZZ Darmstadt residence, which is a listed building, was also opened. The residences in Hanover and Darmstadt are comple\u00adtely rented and the residence in Frank\u00adfurt Gallus is already some 95 percent booked. Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus will continue to pursue its growth strategy: New student accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adtions are planned in Cologne, Frank\u00adfurt, Aachen and Hamburg<\/p>\n<p>for example.<\/p>\n<p>Horst Lieder, CEO of Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus AG, commented: \u201cWe have opened three new student residences in time for the begin\u00adning of the new winter semester and have thereby more than doubled the number of apart\u00adments under manage\u00adment. We have a capable platform, a clear concept and a highly motivated team which allows us to continue our growth strategy consis\u00adt\u00adently and at an extre\u00admely fast pace.\u201d Inclu\u00adding the new student residences under develo\u00adp\u00adment, Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus will manage around 3,500 apart\u00adments and continue to show strong growth.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur objec\u00adtive is to operate between 15 and 20 student residences in Germany\u2019s \u201cbig seven\u201d cities and growing univer\u00adsity towns in the coming years,\u201d continued Lieder.<\/p>\n<p>In order to increase the quality of residen\u00adtial products and tenant satis\u00adfac\u00adtion, an exten\u00adsive satis\u00adfac\u00adtion survey and analysis of all THE FIZZ residents was carried out in summer: 86 percent would recom\u00admend THE FIZZ residences and 75 percent are satis\u00adfied or highly satis\u00adfied with THE FIZZ Commu\u00adnity. Roman Diehl, Member of the Execu\u00adtive Board respon\u00adsible for marke\u00adting and sales at Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus AG, explained: \u201cIn keeping with our approach of being the leading German \u201cstudent lifecycle company,\u201d we asked all our THE FIZZ residents what we could do to improve things and how satis\u00adfied they are with our residences. We are proud of the fact that almost 90 percent of our students would recom\u00admend us.
