It will be operated by Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus under the brand \u201cTHE FIZZ\u201d. The planning appli\u00adca\u00adtion for the property of around 4,300 square metres has already been submitted. The very central and well-connected \u201cTHE FIZZ Wien Haupt\u00adbahnhof\u201d on Bloch-Bauer-Prome\u00adnade in the new Sonnwend\u00adviertel area in Vienna\u2019s 10th district will have 195 high-quality single and double apart\u00adments and various communal spaces such as cooking areas&nbsp; and&nbsp; a 90&nbsp; square meter sized&nbsp; rooftop terrace.&nbsp; Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus\u2019&nbsp; second&nbsp; student residence in Vienna is scheduled for comple\u00adtion at the end of 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Alexander Gulya, Managing Director of Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus Austria, says: \u201cThe location and trans\u00adport connec\u00adtions of our new student residence in Vienna could not be better. We are delighted to have acquired the contract from \u00d6BB Infra\u00adstruktur. We have already submitted the planning appli\u00adca\u00adtion. Comple\u00adtion is scheduled for the end of 2019, and we and want to get the construc\u00adtion under way quickly.\u201d Gulya conti\u00adnues: \u201cOur concept, with the commu\u00adnity at its heart, is new for Vienna, but is gaining promi\u00adnence with every new THE FIZZ. \u2018THE FIZZ Wien Haupt\u00adbahnhof\u2019 will offer students from Austria and all over the world attrac\u00adtive housing with their own bathrooms and kitchens, safety, conve\u00adni\u00adence and commu\u00adnity. We are thus meeting the rising demand for high-quality student housing in Vienna.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Key elements of the commu\u00adnity concept include commu\u00adnity events, shared spaces, value- added services for everyday life and on-site advisers. The concept also provides a great deal of room for indivi\u00addua\u00adlity and straight\u00adfor\u00adward social contact, if desired. In \u201cTHE FIZZ Wien Haupt\u00adbahnhof\u201d, there will be a central entrance with a recep\u00adtion and a building manager, who will also accept parcel deliveries, for example. Plans for communal spaces include cooking areas and a patio on the ground floor and a shared terrace on the roof. The property will have 85 sheltered bicycle stands.
