The buil\u00adding has been ope\u00adra\u00adted by IC sin\u00adce 2012 and ser\u00adved as pilot pro\u00adject for the THE FIZZ brand. Exten\u00adding over 13,000 squa\u00adre met\u00adres GFA, the buil\u00adding divi\u00addes into 335 stu\u00addent apart\u00adments, various com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty are\u00adas as well as 32 par\u00adking spots in the under\u00adground car park. In con\u00adjunc\u00adtion with the acqui\u00adsi\u00adti\u00adon, a new design and ser\u00advice con\u00adcept will be imple\u00admen\u00adted. To this end, the com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty spaces of the buil\u00adding will be com\u00adple\u00adte\u00adly reno\u00adva\u00adted and the apart\u00adment equip\u00adment upgraded.
