Premiere in Hamburg: International Campus Opens its First HVNS Apartment Scheme in Altona District <\/h3>\n

Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus (IC), a developer and operator of urban living platforms in Central Europe, is going live with its new product HVNS \u2014 a name derived from \u201chaven\u201d \u2014 in Hamburg on 1st October. The 214 fully-equipped apart\u00adments available at the company\u2019s first building of this type provides optimal lodgings and tempo\u00adrary homes for expats, long-distance commuters and people in transi\u00adtional periods in Hamburg. Located on Oever\u00adsee\u00adstrasse, a quiet yet central street in the Altona district, the house offers incoming tenants, in addition to high-end studio apart\u00adments, a need-based infra\u00adstruc\u00adture that includes a recep\u00adtion, a gym, cowor\u00adking areas, a library as well as a generously propor\u00adtioned kitchen plus lounge, and a roof terrace for shared use by the in-house commu\u00adnity. Several retailers are located right in the building, as is an under\u00adground car park. While benefiting from a smartly organised house manage\u00adment, tenants may also take advan\u00adtage of white glove ameni\u00adties to meet their personal needs.<\/p>\n

HVNS Hamburg offers apart\u00adments in three size catego\u00adries, ranging from 19 to 62 square metres in size. All of the apart\u00adments are fully furnished and include a workplace, a modern bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and broad\u00adband WiFi. The minimum lease term is six months. The under\u00adground car park provides 41 spots.<\/p>\n

The apart\u00adment scheme is very conve\u00adni\u00adently acces\u00adsible via public trans\u00adpor\u00adta\u00adtion, being just a five minute walk from the \u201cHolsten\u00adstrasse\u201d rapid-transit station. The commute to the central railway station or to the Elbstrand river\u00adside beach takes about 15 minutes by car, while the commute to the airport takes 25 minutes. A Rewe super\u00admarket of 1,200 square metres and a dm Drogerie drugs\u00adtore on the ground floor of the building provide easy access to groce\u00adries and other non-discre\u00adtio\u00adnary goods.<\/p>\n
