International Campus converts office spaces in Frankfurt into apartments<\/h3>\n

144 apartments for professionals are being created in Bockenheim under the HVNS brand <\/strong><\/h4>\n

Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus GmbH (IC), a company specia\u00adli\u00adsing in tempo\u00adrary housing concepts, has acquired a vacant office building and an adjacent residen\u00adtial property in Frank\u00adfurt. The buildings measure a total of more than 10,600 m\u00b2 and will be used for the creation of 144 apart\u00adments under brand HVNS (derived from \u201chavens\u201d). With its living concept, HVNS is speci\u00adfi\u00adcally geared towards profes\u00adsio\u00adnals. In addition to the fully furnished, modern apart\u00adments ranging from 26 to 50 m\u00b2 with kitchen and bathroom, tenants can use the facili\u00adty\u2019s own gym and cowor\u00adking area. The common areas can be used free of charge by tenants, their friends and acquain\u00adtances. Plans have also been made for a bar and a roof terrace to allow for relaxing evenings. In addition, there are some XL apart\u00adments available with an average size of 105 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n

The seven-storey office building, which is to be converted to residen\u00adtial use, and the adjacent residen\u00adtial property are located at Volta\u00adstra\u00dfe 81 in Bocken\u00adheim, one of the most central residen\u00adtial districts in the banking metro\u00adpolis. The central station and the Central Business District, where many banks, consul\u00adtancies, insurance compa\u00adnies and inter\u00adna\u00adtional firms are located, are only a few minutes away by tram. HNVS is perfectly located for profes\u00adsio\u00adnals who are looking for a first or second residence with a short commute to work. <\/p>\n

\u201cAs part of our growth strategy, we operate very flexibly: from buying a plot of land and subse\u00adquently develo\u00adping an apart\u00adment building, to purcha\u00adsing turnkey proper\u00adties from other develo\u00adpers or even conver\u00adting office proper\u00adties \u2014 thanks to our exper\u00adtise, anything is possible\u201d, says Gerold Springer, Director Acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion at IC. <\/p>\n

The complex, which includes 81 parking spaces, is scheduled for comple\u00adtion in the second half of 2022. The conver\u00adsion works are due to start in summer this year.<\/p>\n
