International Campus converts office spaces in Frankfurt into apartments<\/h3>\n

144 apartments for professionals are being created in Bockenheim under the HVNS brand <\/strong><\/h4>\n

Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus GmbH (IC), a com\u00adpa\u00adny spe\u00adcia\u00adli\u00adsing in tem\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adry housing con\u00adcepts, has acqui\u00adred a vacant office buil\u00adding and an adja\u00adcent resi\u00adden\u00adti\u00adal pro\u00adper\u00adty in Frank\u00adfurt. The buil\u00addings mea\u00adsu\u00adre a total of more than 10,600 m\u00b2 and will be used for the crea\u00adti\u00adon of 144 apart\u00adments under brand HVNS (deri\u00adved from \u201chavens\u201d). With its living con\u00adcept, HVNS is spe\u00adci\u00adfi\u00adcal\u00adly geared towards pro\u00adfes\u00adsio\u00adnals. In addi\u00adti\u00adon to the ful\u00adly fur\u00adnis\u00adhed, modern apart\u00adments ran\u00adging from 26 to 50 m\u00b2 with kit\u00adchen and bath\u00adroom, ten\u00adants can use the faci\u00adli\u00adty\u00ad\u2019s own gym and cowor\u00adking area. The com\u00admon are\u00adas can be used free of char\u00adge by ten\u00adants, their fri\u00adends and acquain\u00adtances. Plans have also been made for a bar and a roof ter\u00adrace to allow for rela\u00adxing evenings.
