A total of 303 sin\u00adgle and dou\u00adble<br>\napart\u00adments are being built on a 3000 m\u00b2 site in the Nord\u00adstadt dis\u00adtrict of the city.<br>\nInter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus has taken over the new build pro\u00adject from a local part\u00adner at an<br>\nadvan\u00adced stage of deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment. The pla\u00adned date for com\u00adple\u00adti\u00adon is the sum\u00admer<br>\nsemes\u00adter of 2015. The apart\u00adment buil\u00adding on the cor\u00adner of Wei\u00adden\u00addamm and<br>\nAm Kla\u0308perberg repres\u00adents an invest\u00adment volu\u00adme of around \u20ac24.5 mil\u00adli\u00adon.<\/p>\n<p>Horst Lie\u00adder, CEO of Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus AG: \u201cThe first ground-brea\u00adking marks the<br>\nstart of con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion of our new stu\u00addent resi\u00addence buil\u00adding in the cent\u00adre of Hano\u00adver.<br>\nBy the sum\u00admer semes\u00adter of 2015 the\u00adre will be over 300 new high qua\u00adli\u00adty sin\u00adgle and<br>\ndou\u00adble apart\u00adments, which will ease the tight stu\u00addent housing mar\u00adket in the<br>\npro\u00adspe\u00adrous sta\u00adte capi\u00adtal.\u201d Lie\u00adder added: \u201cWe are inves\u00adt\u00ading in Hano\u00adver becau\u00adse we<br>\nhave found here excel\u00adlent pre\u00adcon\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons for a long-term and suc\u00adcessful enga\u00adge\u00adment<br>\nin stu\u00addent housing. Lower Sax\u00adony\u2019s capi\u00adtal city has a very attrac\u00adti\u00adve uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty<br>\nenvi\u00adron\u00adment, in the future the\u00adre will still be a high demand for small-sca\u00adle resi\u00adden\u00adti\u00adal<br>\naccom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adti\u00adon with a useful mix of ser\u00advices.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p>Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal Cam\u00adpus will ope\u00adra\u00adte the stu\u00addent resi\u00addence buil\u00adding in the Nord\u00adstadt<br>\ndis\u00adtrict of Hano\u00adver under the brand name of \u201cTHE FIZZ\u201d. The buil\u00adding, which has a<br>\nmaxi\u00admum of seven storeys, will be built to the same qua\u00adli\u00adty stan\u00addards as others of\n<\/p>\n<p>the brand. The archi\u00adtec\u00adtu\u00adral firm of Schnei\u00adder + Sen\u00addel\u00adbach of Bruns\u00adwick was<br>\nrespon\u00adsi\u00adble for the design up to plan\u00adning per\u00admis\u00adsi\u00adon. The main con\u00adtrac\u00adtor is Ko\u0308ster<br>\nBau GmbH of Osnabru\u0308ck. An avera\u00adge-sized apart\u00adment will be about 22 m\u00b2 and be<br>\nful\u00adly fur\u00adnis\u00adhed. \u201cTHE FIZZ Han\u00adno\u00adver\u201d is loca\u00adted clo\u00adse to the Gott\u00adfried Wil\u00adhelm Leib\u00adniz<br>\nUni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty, the tea\u00adching hos\u00adpi\u00adtal Kli\u00adni\u00adkum Han\u00adno\u00adver Nord\u00adstadt and the Max Planck<br>\nInsti\u00adtu\u00adte. The S\u2011Bahn sta\u00adti\u00adon \u201cNord\u00adstadt\u201d and the tram sta\u00adti\u00adon \u201cAn der Stran\u00adgrie\u00adde\u201d<br>\nare within a few minu\u00adtes\u2019 wal\u00adking distance.
