A total of 157 apart\u00adments with a cen\u00adtral ent\u00adrance area and a green inner cour\u00adty\u00adard are expec\u00adted to be built by the begin\u00adning of 2020 in the Lud\u00adwigs\u00advor\u00adstadt-Isar\u00advor\u00adstadt dis\u00adtrict near the main train sta\u00adti\u00adon and the The\u00adre\u00adsi\u00aden\u00adwie\u00adse. The five- and seven-storey buil\u00adding with gross flo\u00ador space of around 8,400 squa\u00adre met\u00adres will also have an under\u00adground car park with 41 par\u00adking spaces and attrac\u00adti\u00adve com\u00admon are\u00adas.
