THE FIZZ Munich with over 200 student apartments opens in time for the summer semester<\/strong><\/h4>\n

THE FIZZ now also has a presence in Bavaria\u2019s capital: Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus GmbH (IC), which specia\u00adlises in tempo\u00adrary living concepts for students and profes\u00adsio\u00adnals, has acquired a recently completed project develo\u00adp\u00adment for student apart\u00adments in Munich from SIGNA Real Estate, compri\u00adsing a new turnkey nine-storey building and an existing five-storey building with a total of 234 apart\u00adments. The premises have been opened in time for the 2021 summer semester.<\/p>\n
This is the second successful transac\u00adtion between the two compa\u00adnies in quick succes\u00adsion. Just a few weeks ago, SIGNA was able to announce the sale of a compa\u00adrable property to IC in the city of Aachen.<\/p>\n

The Haneberg\u00adstra\u00dfe 2 building ensemble in the Nymphen\u00adburg district offers modern, fully furnished apart\u00adments with up to 40 m\u00b2 of living space, inclu\u00adding a kitchenette and bathroom, on a total area of over 9,000 m\u00b2. To imple\u00adment THE FIZZ\u2019s typical commu\u00adnity concept, IC is building study rooms accor\u00adding to its own designs, a large communal kitchen and a two-storey multi\u00adfunc\u00adtional room with gallery, which can be used as a movie or gaming lounge or \u2013 once the pandemic has run its course \u2013 as a party location. <\/p>\n
A number of apart\u00adments for profes\u00adsio\u00adnals are also planned in the existing building. These apart\u00adments also have their own exclu\u00adsive common areas such as a small confe\u00adrence room, a kitchen and a lounge to relax. The 1,000 m\u00b2 commer\u00adcial space has been leased by a Telekom subsi\u00addiary for several years. There are 37 under\u00adground and nine outdoor parking spaces for cars. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.<\/p>\n

The Nymphen\u00adburg district, not far from the Olympia\u00adpark, offers tradi\u00adtional beer gardens, spacious parks and a large selec\u00adtion of restau\u00adrants. The popular night\u00adlife district of Maxvor\u00adstadt is just a ten-minute bike ride away, and the major univer\u00adsi\u00adties with over 85,000 enrolled students are within a radius of 3.5 kilome\u00adtres. <\/p>\n
Munich has over 130,000 students, of which around 26,000 come from abroad, and these numbers continue to rise. \u201cIn this city with its extreme housing shortage, we offer modern apart\u00adments with spacious common areas for both German and inter\u00adna\u00adtional students. The house manage\u00adment is prepa\u00adring a smooth start for our inter\u00adna\u00adtional guests in this attrac\u00adtive city and offers numerous additional services for residents.
