The<br>\nloca\u00adti\u00adons with the grea\u00adtest poten\u00adti\u00adal for suc\u00adcessful invest\u00adments in the long term are Munich,<br>\nHam\u00adburg and Frank\u00adfurt am Main. Here, a strai\u00adned housing mar\u00adket is accom\u00adpa\u00adnied by a low<br>\nrate of stu\u00addent pla\u00adce\u00adment in accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adti\u00adon in stu\u00addent halls. Cou\u00adpled with a rela\u00adtively high<br>\nstu\u00addent inco\u00adme and sta\u00adble deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment pro\u00ads\u00adpects for the\u00adse cities, CBRE is the\u00adr\u00ade\u00adfo\u00adre<br>\nexpec\u00adting con\u00adtin\u00adued high demand for sophisti\u00adca\u00adted stu\u00addent accom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adti\u00adon.\n<\/p>\n<p>If the uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty land\u00adscape cate\u00adgo\u00adry is con\u00adside\u00adred on its own then Munich, Stutt\u00adgart and<br>\nBer\u00adlin hold the top spots. In the cate\u00adgo\u00adry of under\u00adly\u00ading socioe\u00adco\u00adno\u00admic con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons, Munich,<br>\nErlan\u00adgen and Regens\u00adburg are the ran\u00adking win\u00adners and in the housing mar\u00adket cate\u00adgo\u00adry, the<br>\nsame loca\u00adti\u00adons as in the over\u00adall ran\u00adking are most con\u00advin\u00adcing \u2013 only the order dif\u00adfers<br>\n(Ham\u00adburg 1st, Frank\u00adfurt 2nd, Munich 3rd).\n<\/p>\n<p>In the eva\u00adlua\u00adti\u00adon of the 61 uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty loca\u00adti\u00adons exami\u00adned with respect to poten\u00adti\u00adal for<br>\nsuc\u00adcessful invest\u00adments in the long term, 45 loca\u00adti\u00adons achie\u00adve over 50 per\u00adcent of the<br>\nmaxi\u00admum achie\u00adva\u00adble point score. Regio\u00adnal cen\u00adtres and medi\u00adum-sized cities in Baden-Wu\u0308rttemberg, Bava\u00adria and<br>\nNorth Rhi\u00adne-West\u00adpha\u00adlia are par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar\u00adly pro\u00admi\u00adsing for invol\u00advement in the stu\u00addent<br>\naccom\u00admo\u00adda\u00adti\u00adon mar\u00adket. In the east of Ger\u00adma\u00adny, Ber\u00adlin, Pots\u00addam, Dres\u00adden and Jena<br>\nlike\u00adwi\u00adse per\u00adform well, being pla\u00adced in the upper half of the over\u00adall ran\u00adking.
