The Hamburg property, located on Strese\u00admann\u00adstra\u00dfe, and the Freiburg asset, located in Freiburg Mitte, were developed and already being operated through IC\u2019s develo\u00adp\u00adment and opera\u00adtion platforms. Hamburg\u2019s THE FIZZ has been in opera\u00adtion since the summer of 2020 and features 563 apart\u00adments for students and trainees. September 2021 will see the opening of the HVNS (derived from \u201chavens\u201d), a unique concept for the City of Hamburg offering 214 fully equipped apart\u00adments for profes\u00adsio\u00adnals. Final fitouts are underway in Freiburg Mitte, where the Company is targe\u00adting opening in August of this year with 344 beds for students.<\/p>\n<p>\u200d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur team leads the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion, develo\u00adp\u00adment, letting and manage\u00adment of student projects in Europe.
