Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Campus Group (IC), a leading developer and operator of student and urban living concepts in Europe has acquired a planned student apart\u00adment develo\u00adp\u00adment in Berlin-Fried\u00adrichs\u00adhain from QUARTERBACK Immobi\u00adlien AG. The property, located at Markgra\u00adfen\u00addamm 7\u201310, will extend over a gross floor area of nearly 15,000 square metres (161,500 sqft), provi\u00adding space for 350 apart\u00adments with 380 beds, along with generously propor\u00adtioned commu\u00adnity areas inclu\u00adding a shared kitchen, a co-working lounge, a gaming room and attrac\u00adtive outside facili\u00adties. The scheme was designed by the archi\u00adtec\u00adtural firm of TCHOBAN VOSS Archi\u00adtekten. Construc\u00adtion work will kick-off in March 2022 and is scheduled to conclude by the summer of 2025. <\/p>\n
